FATAL MISHAP ON RAILWAY DUPLICATION WORK.—A locomotive drawing trucks on the temporary line near Mahia overturned yesterday and one of the two men operating it, Mr. R. Mackwood, was pinned under the engine and terribly scalded by the steam. He died in the hospital last evening.
