WARRING IN CHINA.
Drive to Set Up Independent Government. NATIONALIST REVERSES. (Received 9.30 a.m.) SHANGHAI, July 21. It is extremely significant that Wang Ching-hei, tha well-known anti-Nanking Leftist leader, is en route to Peking with the reported purpose of establishing an independent Government. His departure from Canton supports unauthenlicated reports that the Nanking forces are suffering setbacks on all the military fronts. Large Nationalist -einforcements were hastily summoned from flie Wang Tung Province to support the Nanking troops.
