LORD RANALD SCHOOLS.
IMPRESSIVE PERFORMANCE. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. Lord Ranald attracted some attention this morning when W. Scobie brought him out for a school over the steeplechase fences. It was his first jump since he resumed training, and though he was not sent at his best speed he jumped in his well-known brilliant fashion, going straight at the last fence and getting through his task without the semblance of a mistake.
