ELDERLY MAN'S DEATH.
UNCONSCIOUS SINCE MAY 23. STRUCK BY MOTOR CAR. As the result of head injuries and severe shock received through being knocked down by a motor car on the evening of May 23, Mr. James Grierson, aged 73, of 37a, Ranfurly Road, Epsom, died at an early hour at the Auckland Hospital this mornipg. The accident occurred at the intersection of Ranfurly Road and Manukau Road, Epsom. Mr. Grierson expired without gaining consciousness.
