CONJUGAL RIGHTS PETITIONS,
Orders for the restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days were made by Mr. Justice Smith after hearing two petitions in the Supreme Court to-day. Olive May Macklow (Mr. Finlay), said her husband, John Walter Teed Macklow, began going out at all hours three years' ago. She sought an order for his return. She was married to him in Mav, 1910 and they had one child. He'finally left her on April 11 last. William Kawiti Wynyard (Mr. Hall Skelton) asked for a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights against Manneleta*Zildali Wynyard, whom he married in March, 1920; He said hie wife left him in February, 1929. H e had appealed to her to return, but she refused.
