STOLEN CAR FOUND.
ABANDONED* AT PAPATOETOE
The motor car owned by Mr. Albert Shorter, which was stolon from the vicinity of Carlaw Park between 4 and 5 on Saturday afternoon, was found abandoned in Hillcrest Road, Papatoetoe, yesterday morning. It had been there qver night. Some of the residents saw a man walk away from the car about dark on Saturday night. Mr. Shorter had left the car with the key in it, as it was parked with a number of others, and he thought the, owner of an adjoining car might want to move it in order to get his car out. The car was luidamaged when it was recovered by the owner. \
