Harmony Restored in Royal
Family.

Dr. Julius Maniti has formed a Cabi net which includes M. Mironescu as Foreign Minister, his former position.
Complete harmony was restored in the Royal Family after the Dowager Queen Marie had paid a lengthy visit to Vueen Helen. All the Royal Family, including Queen Helen, dined in King Carol's palace last evening.
_ Dr. Julius Maniu is leader of the National Peasant Party, which is a fusion of the former National and Peasant Parties. He came into power by appointment of the Regency Council after the fall of the, Bratianu Xational Liberal Cabinet in November. 1928. He resigned formally when Carol was proclaimed King.
