ATTACK ON REFEREE.
CASE AGAINST E. ROEBUCK. POSSIBLE POLICE ACTION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) STRATFORD, this day. The Rugby Union last night considered the case of E. Roebuck who knocked out the referee in the match at Okato on Saturday, last. .Sentence was deferred in view of possible police action.
