The Vuckland Cycle Club recommenced }(,a r oad racing this morning, over the new circuit The event was 13 miles time trial and sealed handicap over five laps. Weather conditions were good, though a bitterly cold head wind was encountered part of the course. It resulted in a win for W. Mathieson, though Ritchie recorded the fastest time.
