AUCKLAND CLUB.
The Vuckland Cycle Club recommenced }(,a r oad racing this morning, over the new circuit The event was 13 miles time trial and sealed handicap over five laps. Weather conditions were good, though a bitterly cold head wind was encountered part of the course. It resulted in a win for W. Mathieson, though Ritchie recorded the fastest time. The result was as follows: — Sealed Handicap.—W. 'Mathieson (3m), 37m 502?, 1; I>. Hall (Cm 15s), 3Sm 18 2-os, 2- A. Ritchie (scr), 38m 27 2-ss, 3; K. Mathieson (lm 30s), 3Sm 41s, 4. _ Time Trial. —A. Ritchie. 3Sm 27 2-os, 1; IC Mathieson, 40m 21s, 2; W. Mathieson, 40m 50 3-ss, 3; L. Pinfold, 41m 13 2-ss, 4.
