The application of the Waikato Polo Club for the use of the Claudelands Show Grounds for the Saville Cap tournament and interprovincial competitions was further considered at a meeting of the executive of the Waikato Acricultural and Pastoral Association.. Mr. T. Martin presided. . . , ' The Waikato Trotting Club, which has a controlling interest in the grounds, wrote suggesting that the clu'b, the Agricultural and Pastoral Association and the Polo Club should appoint delegates to confer with a view to settling the matter amicably. Mr. P. E. Dingle, Mr. W. Newell, and the president were appointed a delegation to repersent the association. .
