FIRE AT WAIHI.
CORONER TO HOLD INQUIRY. SENSATIONAL EVIDENCE EXPECTED. UNOCCUPIED DWELLING. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, this day. As the result of a report presented by the police, a coroner's inquiry will be held regarding a lire which practically destroyed an unoccupied four-roomed dwelling in Haszard Street late 011 Wednesday night. The building, which is owned by Mrs. Edward Lyndon, was insured in the State Fire' Office for £125. It is stated that as a result of an examination of the premises, which was made on Saturday by Sergeant Gist and Mr. W. Wallace, fire adjuster, of Auckland, fevidence of a rather sensational nature regarding the origin of the outbreak may be disclosed.
