ELLIOTT IN GREAT FORM.

The Auckland Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club on Saturday conducted its initial meeting of winter series. The programme consisted of a sprint, a steeplechase, and two field events. The weather conditions were ideal for racing, while the ground was in a perfect state. Results: — 75 YARDS SPRINT. First Heat. —A. J. Elliott 1, H. Roper 2, R Wilte? 3. Time 7 3-ss.
