CANTERBURY NOMINEES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday. The Canterbury selectors have nominated the following players for South Island Possibles v. Probables match prior to the selection of the New Zealand team: — Backs: S. R. Carleton, G. D. Innes, J. Harris, N. P. McGregor, H. Lilburne, G. Hart, W. Dally, C. Oliver. Forwards: A. I. Cottrell, J. T. Burrows, G. Scrimshaw, R. F. Stewart, J. Manchester. J. Harris, P. Serra and Toby Robinson have been added to the players selected to train for the Canterbury team to meet the British side here on June 7.
