ASSOCIATION IN AUCKLAND. The Auckland Cornish Association held its annual meeting this week, the president, Mr. J. W. Cocks, presiding. In presenting the annual report, the secretary, Mr. W. J. Tucker, said the membership stood at nearly 200, and the balance-sheet showed a favourable credit balance. A new constitution was drawn up which the meeting adopted. The following officers were elected: Patron, Mr. J. Corbett-Scott; president, Mr. J. W. Cocks; vice-presidents, Mesdames W. Hujrhes, R. Jackson, and Messrs. G. F. Williams, J. H. G. Earle, W. .Johns, R. Tiddy; secretary, Mr. W. •T. Tucker; treasurer, Mr. C. James; committee, Mesdames W. J. Tucker. N. Norton, C. James. Love, Misses J. Williams, Thorne, Messrs. J. Stephens, Odjrers, F. Hawkin, Hocking, R. Dingle, and C. Hill.
