TRUSTEES OP PROPERTY. SUPREME COURT RULING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The trustees of the estate of the late Alexander Hatrick, of Wanganui, recently sought the approval of the Supreme Court Jo a proposed sale by them of a warehouse site in Wanganui. The teetator had directed that the site JhouHnot be sold for less than £30,000. In his judgment, the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, said he was not prepared to make the order asked for. The trustees, however, had acted quite propeny in coming to Court. m _ His Honor expressed the opinion that the proper method of obtaining euch authority as that sought was by a private estate bill.
