MASSEY MEMORIAL.
UNVEILING ARRANGEMENTS. EARLY IN NEXT SESSION. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. Cabinet hae decided that the unvdling of the national memorial to the late Rt. Hon. William Ferguson Maseey, late Prime Minister of New Zealand, will take place early in the approaching session of Parliament. In order to enable as many members and others as deSire to attend the ceremony, the executive of the Reform party has arranged to. postpone the annual tribute which is paid on May 10 to Mr. Massey's memory, so that it will coincide with the official unveiling of the memorial.
