ATLANTIC SERVICE.
TWO NEW AMERICAN SHIPS. WASHINGTON, April 25. The United States Postal Department is arranging a contract for two new vessels for the New York-Southampton service. They will each have a speed of 28 knots. Each will be of 45,000 tons and will cost £6,000,000.
