SEIZURE ILLEGAL.
Attachment on Chief Capilano Quashed. SEATTLE COURT DECISION. , VANCOUVER, March 21. The Federal Court at Seattle held a nio-ht session and declared the seizure o f° the Chief Capilano by a United States marshal on behalf of an American firm, to be illegal. They quashed the attachment, thereby averting international complications.
