DIVIDEND OF 10 PER CENT. The annual r-opoi't of the Timaru Brewery Company, Limited, discloses a net profit of £4506 for the year ended February 28, 1930. Of the remaining shares 20,000 are to be issued fully paid as part of the payment to the vendors and the balance of 15,000 is to be held in reserve, the directors reserving the right to first offer them at par to the then shareholders of the company.
