2.75 Beer Would Not Satisfy Robust Yankees. PROHIBITION PROBLEM. (Received 11.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, March 17., Mr. Wickersham, chairman of the Law Enforcement Commission, stated to-day that the legalisation of 2.75 per cent beer will not BOlve the prohibition problem with which his committee is now engaged.
