ANNUAL PICNIC.
Excellent weaather over the week-end rnntrived to give a most successful day for the Picnic of Masters' Dairies, Ltd., on Saturday. About 200 people were in attendance and refreshments were served to everyone the children, in addition, receiving small gifts. An excellent programme furnished events that were keenly contested The results were:—
Men's Championship, Silver Cup, (100yds).—-W. Humby 1, H. Harvey 2 Ladies' Championship, Silver Cup (75yds).—Mrs. Humby 1, Mrs. Smythe 2. Cigarette Race (100yds).—Mr. and Mrs. Whisker. Hopping Race (75yds) —Miss Harvey. Men's Backward Race ,':(looyds)—McKenzie 1, W. Humby 2.wheelbarrow Race (7oyds)—H. Harvey and Jones 1. -~" " v Married Ladies' Race (75yds)—Mrs. Whisker 1, Mrs. Smythe 2. Company Members' Race. (lQOyds).—Mr. Short 1, McMAsters 2. ' Men's open Handicap (100yds)— ; \V. Humby 1, w.
