A PRESENT FOR BABY.
MAKE A WOOLLY BALL,
To make this pretty little woollen ball, first cut two circles of. cardboard, and from the centre of each circle cut a small round hole. Place' these two pieces of card together; they must be exactly the same size.
Now start winding wool on to them, passing the wool through the centre hole, as shown in the same sketch. Continue winding the wool on, until the hole in the centre nearly disappears, as you see in the second drawing. Now with a pair of scissors, cut the wool. Do . this by placing the point of the scissors between the two pieces of card, as shown in the third sketch, and cut all round. When you have done this pull the pieces of card slightly apart and tie the wool between very tightly with a piece of string. You can now pull the pieces of card off, and your ball is complete. „ /
