"WIZARD" SMITH PROSECUTED

CHARGE DISMISSED,

■/A charge of driving to ,tfic danger of the public at Huntly oh March 13,, 1924, was. laid yesterday at the Huntly Court against Norman ("Wizard") Smith bebefore Mr. Woodward, S.M. .
