CHOCOLATE CUBES.
Place a good tablespoonful of condensed milk in a basin, and have ready some well rolled icing sugar. Stir half a tablespoonfdl of strong unsweetened cocoa into the sugar, then sift it gradually into the*milk.- Beat with a fork all the time, and use sufficient sugar to make a smooth stiff cream. . Put the mixture on a board, shape it into a compact mass about an inch thick through, cut it into cubes with a sharp knife, and leave to dry.
