Sow Dwarf and Runner Beans, Beet, Carrots, Lcttuce, Radish. Plantings of Cabbage' and Cauliflower can be made. Plants of Tomatoes put out now will give a late crop. The wet weather has made it very rtecessary to keep the hoe at work. Tomatoes need spraying, tying, and all bad leaves and laterals should be cut away. — Once a crop is over, get the remains cleared away, and the ground either replanted or sow a "cover crop." . • Bend over the tops of the Onions if there is any difficulty in getting them to ripen off. / . Celery should be planted. ' The earlier planted should have the soil stirred round the, plants.
