(By Telegraph— Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Friday. A team representing Maniapoto were beaten by Hamilton by an innings and 18 runs. Batting first, Maniapoto compiled' 91 runs • (H.McL'eod 23, G. Lhslc 18, G. Fay en 12, D, Lusk 10). Bowling for Hamilton, H. Going took three wickets for 30 runs, T. Skeet three for 15, H. Owens two for 17, W. Timms two for Hamilton replied with 200 runs (R. Skeet 88, R. Clough 24, J. B. Pomeroy 23, H. Going 18, H. Owens 12). N. Lusk took three wickets for 51, J. McAvinue one for 45, G. Fayen one for 26, D. Lusk two for 30, N. G. Grant one for 8.
