U.S. MOTOR INDUSTRY.
A FLOODED MARKET.
Curtailment of automobile production to relieve a "flooded" market, need for better relations with retail dealers, and continued expension of foreign sales, are the three major problems facing the United States car industry for the. next year, the "Business AVeek" reports, after a survey completed last month. During the remainder of this year and the early part of 1930, it is, asserted, production and sales of trucks and passenper cars will be lower than the record levels of recent months.
