ANNUAL MEETING.
The annual general meeting of the Papakura Orphans' Club was held in the Paragon Theatre, Papakura. on Thursday evening, the president, 131:0. W. K. Francis, presiding. The balance-sheet showed a credit" of £47: The following officers were elected for the ensuing session:—President, Bl'o. W. K. Francis; vicepresidents, Bros. G. C. Hobson, G. W. Heald, S. D. Rice, J. Murray, S. L. Anderson, and Dr. J. B. Page: committee. Bros. W. Walkinshaiv, G. Wilson and B. Johnson; secretary, Bro. S. L. Anderson; treasurer, Bro. G. C. Hobson; lion, conductor, Bro. H. T. B. Walker; programme, steward; Bro. W. Iv. Francis; auditor, Bro. S. D. Rice; chief steward, Bro. W. L. Elliott.
