SMART ARREST.
MAN CHARGED WITH THEFT. MISSED FROM DAIRY FARM. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) CAMBRIDGE, this day. Followirg on information received in the early hours of this morning from Te Miro, Constable Jones arrested William Grounds, alias Louis Boreham, a farm labourer, aged 18, on a charge of stealing £29 10/. Late yesterday afternoon Mr. James Thompson, of Te Miro, missed money from his clothing. He discovered this morning at milking time that Grounds \vas missing, and that a horse had gone. The Cambridge police were advised, and they arrested Grounds as he was boarding a service car for Frankton at 6 a.m./ When questioned he have his name as Louis Boreham. "n appearing before justices, accused was remanded to appear before a magistrate at Hamilton.
