ACCIDENTS.
TRODDEN ON BY HORSE. FARMER'S PAINFUL INJURY. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) ! MORRINSVILLE, this day. Suffering from painful internal injuries, the result of being trodden on by a carthorse, Mr. Philip Saville, of Morrinsville, managed to crawl to a road fence and attract the attention of a butcher passing on his round. He is at present in the Waikafo Hospital, and is reported to be progressing satisfactorily. . • • The acident occurred on Friday,, when Mr. Saville was removing a temporary fence and loading it into a cart at a ■farm near Morrinsville. The horse bolted, and, in attempting to catch it by the head, Mr. Saville was knocked over and trodden on. When removed to Morrinsville for first aid he was suffering intense pain. His. relatives reside at Tamahere, near Hamilton..
