CAPITOL THEATRE. "Pleasure Crazed" will be screened at the Capitol Theatre to-morrow. This is ah exciting story of America's younger set, with Marguerite Churchill, Dorothy Burgess (who played Tonia, in "In Old Arizona") and Kenneth McKenna in the principal roles. Among the well-selected supports that will be ecreened with "Pleasure Crazed" are an interesting newsreel, a laughable short comedy and an attractive travelogue. ARCADIA THEATRE. "Masquerade" is the current attraction at the Arcadia Theatre. Alan Birmingham, Leila Hyams, Clyde Cook and Parrel] Mac Donald appear in the principal roles of this thrilling all-talking melodrama. The supports include "The Family Picnic," a two-reel comedy; "Four Married Men," a clever stage act; a Fox Movietone News with scenes of events from all parts of the world; a Pathe Sound News and a Pathe Audio Review. EMPRESS AND CRYSTAL PALACE. "The Broadway Melody," will' be screened at the Empress (Newton), and Crystal Palace (Mount Eden) Theatres this evening. Charles King, Anita Page and Bessie Love are starred in the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer production, based on New York's Great White Way, with its joys and disappointments. The story is one o ftwo sisters who seek fortune on the New York stage, and who are assisted by a ballad-singer played by King. There are a number of catchy musical selections in "The Broadway Melody," the most popular being "The Wedding* of the Painted Doll," "The Broadway Melody," "You We Meant For Me" and "Love Boat."
