APPROACHING FIJI.
REPORTS OF HURRICANE. (Received 1.30 p.m.) SUVA, this day. A storm in the north-west is believed to be recurving so that it will strike Fiji. The glass is at 29.50 and is falling. A hurricane signal has been hoisted. The yacht Pioneer, holding to a sea anchor 100 miles soxith of' Rotuma, reports a heavy gale of wind. The storm covers a widt> vea.
