FINANCIER'S FAILURE.
(Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, December 9. The Official Receiver reports that the liabilities of Mr. Henry I. Home, a prominent London financier, who filed a petition in bankruptcy on November 28, are roughly estimated at £356,000 and the assets £44,000.
