From Independent Labour Party. UNEMPLOYMENT MANIFESTO. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, December 9. Mr. E. Thurtle, M.P. (Lab., Slioreditch) has resigned from the Independent Labour party because the council has disapproved his signing the manifesto regarding the Unemployment Insurance Bill.
