WITHDRAWAL NOT ALLOWED. (By Telegraph.—Otvn Correspondent./ ROTORUA. this dav. Mr. S. L. Paters on, S3l.j refused an application by the Tourist Department for permission to withdraw a prosecution against A. B. Creswell, who was charged with fishing without a license and with failing to produce his license when asked. The magistrate intimated that he had been interviewed by an official of the Department, but had decided that the grounds advanced for withdrawal were insufficient. He adjourned the further hearing to December 20,
