SWIMMING.
CHAMPION DIVER. AUSTRALIAN VISIT URGED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. At a meeting of the Otago Centre of the New Zealand Swimming Association a motion was carried that the council be written to and urged to make an endeavour for Roy Calder, the Dominion champion diver, to visit Australia this season to compete against the Australian champions. It was also decided to suggest to the council that Miss Kathleen Miller be invited to accompany the Australian lady swimmer on their New Zealand tour.
