AERIAL TRANSPORT.
ANOTHER COMPANY PORMED. •DEALERS AND TAXI PROPRIETORS.' (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Another aviation company, Dominion Airlines, Ltd., has been registered. The objects of the company are stated in the registration papers to be to act as general dealers "in every description" of aircraft, motor vehicles, motor boats, etc., to carry on the business of "aerial and land taxi proprietors, carriers, freighters, transporters," etc., and to cany passengers, goods, mail, etc., in the air or on land. The capital of Dominion Airlines, Ltd., will be £200,000, divided into £1 shares.
The subscribers of the minimum capital to enable registration to be made- are as follows: Arnold Beetham Williams, sheep farmer, Tokomaru Bay, 1000 shares! Robert Raymond Morey, aviator, Wellington, 300 shares; William Richmond, meat exporter, Hastings, Ivan Louis Kight, solicitor, Dannevirke, James Robert Kirk, barrister, Gisborne, John P. Luke, engineer, Wellington, Jack Newman, company manager, Nelson, and Henry Richard Duncan, brewer, Nelson, each 250 shares; and Thomas Beaumont Dwan, land agent, Wellington, 100 shares.
