A "CHOPPY" AFTERNOON. ;■ The other Saturday afternoon, a Wellington man was , invited to go yachting. The afternoon turned out to be a cold and windy one, and the harbour was pretty "choppy." Soon the yacht was racing towards Ward Island, and happened to "go about" rather quickly, and before the Wellington man knew where ihe was, he was very nearly overboard. More than 20,000,000 residents of incorporated cities and towns live in houses lacking bathroom facilities, according to the Household Research Bureau of Peoria, Illinois.
