MINE MANAGERS' REPOkTS

Alburnia.—.The leading slope on main Orlando lode has been carried along for a total distance of 77ft and the main timbers put in the level. The reef here averages 3ft wide, and is a strong body of heavily mineralised stone carrying antimony, blend and silica. Strong dabs of gold are still seen in the ore. Rise on cross leader from drive north on the hangingwall branch of Orlando lode has been risen 7ft; a total of 62ft. Tui. —The manager reports that No. 2 lode at the intersection with, the flinty is now 18 inches wide. The winze is now down Bft in kindly country. The oil engine and fan are working well.
