A message from Townsville (Queensland) states that a shark horror was discovered when the skeleton of an unknown man was recovered from Ross Creek with practically every, vestige of flesh eaten from the bones. Medical opinion was that the man had not been in the water more than 48 hours. ' The head was still on the body and the boots and socks on the feet, but the skeleton was stripped clean. Recently-a fnan fell into the same creek,'•which runs through the town. He was ill the water only a few seconds when sharks attacked and killed him before the eyes of the people in the main street. - '
