DIVORCES GRANTED.
TWO PETITIONS HEARD
DEEDS OF SEPARATION,
Two decrees nisi were granted by Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court this morning. On a deed of separation, Millie Burns (Mr. Bay) petitioned against Onslow A. W. Burns. She said that she was married 011 April 6, 1921, and there was one child. For five years she had not lived with her husband. John Coughlin Williams gave evidence of the separation. A decree nisi was granted. Annio Maria Baglcy (Mr. Ray) petitioned against Hugh A. Bagley on a deed of separation. The parties were married 011 September 9, 1906, and there were four children. Petitioner's husband had left her in February, 1926, and she had not lived with him since. Molly Bagley gave corroborative evidence. A decree nisi was granted.
