NEW ZEALAND ON LONDON The aeting-cliairman of the Associated Banks announces that as from, December 4, the selling rate for telegraphic, transfers on London , will be increased : by 5/ per cent. The last alteration in exchange rates was made on September 30, when all selling rates were increased. The present scale of discount on bills (the buying rates) has been in force since September 4 THE CANADIAN DOLLAR. (Received 11 a.m.) MONTREAL, November 3. The . Canadian dollar is quoted to-day at- 4.93% to the pound sterling.
