LATE G. W. LOCHORE.
' MEMORIAL. UNVEILED. ; {By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, Wednesday. An enlarged photograph of the late Rev. George W. Lochore, ; who for nearly 11 years was pastor. of. the Whangaroi Presbyterian Church, was unveiledin the church this afternoon by the moderator of the North Auckland Pi esbvtery, the Rev. G. W. Blair, in the presence of the members of, the presbytery and the Presbyterian Association. The clerk to the presbytery, Mr. M. J. Bvrt, read the minute recording the presbytery's deep sorrow .at the death of Mr.'Loch ore, and its appreciation of the splendid servicc he rendered to the Church and his good influence in the community during his pastorate of nearly 11 years in Whangaroi.
Mr. Blair in his address said Mr. Lochore was a man of much talent.and ability, with rugged of character and tenacity of purpose. '
