TRANSPORT OF PAPERS.
USE OF 'PLANES FAVOURED. (Received 10.30 a.m.). GENEVA, November 27. European newspaper experts in conference discussed the dropping of parcels of newspapers from aeroplanes. The general feeling was in favour of such transport, subject, however, to certain conditions and to the approval of the International Air Commission. .
