CHAMPION EATER.

HIS DAILY MENU. (From Our Own Correspondent.) SYDNEY, November 22. Australia's' champion eater has been discovered at Mount Morgan, Queensland. In a recent eating contest staged in the town, and covering three meals in a day, the winner turned up in Mr. Roland Wallace, an ex-miner. For breakfast he consumed threequarters of a pound of bacon, nine eggs, one loaf of bread, half a pound of butter, and five cups of tea. At lunch time his tally "was two pounds of loin chops, two pounds of beans, two pounds of potatoes, a piedish of dessert, and a tin of preserved fruit. For his evening meal he made short work of a whole fowl, .followed by a large plate of pudding, and all washed down with five quarts of soft drink. He weighs 9 stone.
