FRANKLIN ASSOCIATION. (From Our Own Correspondent.) PUKEKOHE, Wednesday. At the annual meeting of the Franklin branch of the Justices of the Peace Association held at Pukekohe, officers were elected as follow: President, Mr. C. K. Lawrie; vice-preeident, Mr. W. E. Johns; secretary Mr. .A. P. Daysh; executive, Messrs. A. M. Barriball, J. B. MeKinney, G. T. Parvin, M. Cronin and D. R. Hamilton.
