ANNOYING PASSERS-BY.
Pleading guilty to a charge of being disorderly while drunk in Parnell Roarl on Saturday evening, William Joseph. Meltona (29), a bricklayer, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Police Court this morning. The police stated that Meltona hai i large quantity of liquor on Saturday md insisted in annoying passers-by and Ivanting to fight them. This conduct cost Meltona a fine of El, or three days' imprisonment.
