It was ''schools' day" at Carlaw Park n Saturday, when the Auckland Rugby jeague Primary Schools' Management lommittee staged its annual tournaient for the school teams and a number f special running events. Won >y 3£ yards, two yards separating second ind third. 100 Yards Midget Championship (boys ist 71b and under). —Paton (Onehunga Convent) 1, Matthews (Mangere) 2, Baird (Newmarket) 3.
