AKARANA CLUB.
Mixed foursomes were played by the Akarana Club on Saturday. At the conclusion of the match the president, Mr. C. M. Cox, congratulated the winners of the various competitions held during the season. He mentioned that the Tyler Memorial Cup competition would be going on throughout the summer. During the coming week it was hoped to be able to change over to the new holes on the new portion of the links. Mrs. Cox then presented the prizes to the winners in both the men's and ladies' sections.
