MASTERTON. In the Wairarapa senior cricket championship on Saturday United made 364 (Blamires 165, F. Hoar 58, Freeman 39) against Wairarapa High School. Mnssey (New Zealand representative) took six wickets for 101 runs. Old Boys compiled 211 against Featherston, who lost three wickets for 7 runs. Mill, the All Black, scored 70. WELLINGTON. The Wellington cricket competition was continued on Saturday, Wellington made 185 runs against Midland, who lost one wicket for 71, Hutt made 201 against University, who lost one wicket for 26. Riccarton, 277 and 108 without loss (Cox 69, Champness 38), defeated Bast Christchurch, 189 (Mullan 73). Powell took four wickets for 35 runs for Riccarton. Old Collegians, 292, defeated Linwood, 184 and 107 for eight wickets. West Christchurch, 205 and 54 for two wickets; lost to St. Albans, 253 (Woods £1). DUNEDIN. The first round of the senior cricket matches was concluded in excellent conditions. Grange declared with the score of 335 for eight -wickets against High School Old Boys, who in the first innings made 156 (Giles 42, A. W. Alloo 31). Elmes took five wickets for 46 runs and Lemin five for 48. Old Boys followed on, making 100 for five wickets (Gale 65). Albion beat Carisbrook, who had made 196 in the first innings. Albion'e score was 235 (Barrow 65, Shepherd 56. Allen 30 not out). Carisbrook in the second innings .made 112 for five wickets (Jacobs 51). Christian Brothers Old Boys, who had made 196 on the previous Saturday, beat Dunedin, who made 132 (Templeton 34). Christian Brothers in the second innings loßt five wickets for 45.
